How do I pay? Payment is required at the time you place the order with us on the phone. Do not include your credit card information in your message to us, we will get payment information from you when we call. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Back to Top
How far in advance do I need to reserve? Ideally, the more notice we have the better- however call us and if we can accomdate you we gladly will. Back to Top
When do you deliver and pickup? We will deliver in the wee hours of the morning most generally or whenever is convenient to keep your surprise a surprise! We will return sometime the next day to pickup the display.

Do you deliver in bad weather? We will deliver whenever we possibly can. If schools have been delayed then we may also need to delay our delivery if roads conditions warrant that. We do however reserve the right to cancel a display if we feel it would be a danger to the person making the delivery. In that case however, we will call you to reschedule or issue you a refund.

Do you deliver to an office? Yes we do! If it can be done we will do something outside or we can even arrange for a display inside their office with an "indoor flocking". Please call us to arrange this because it tends to be very time specific. Back to Top
